How to Book

Fill out our Request to Book Form with preferred soft play set, requested character, or party package to check availability and any delivery fees involved.

Bookings are ONLY confirmed with paid booking fee ** To prevent loss of Booking Fee, Event can be reschedule within 30days of original date **
Before Booking and FAQ

Flat! Make sure have flat ground for designated area. Slopes or uneven surface will jeopardize our ability to safely set up. Feel free to send me a picture of the area for us to discuss.

Rental time! Packages are priced for up to 4 hours play time. That means set up is outside of this time. You do not have to use all the time and if you wish to add time it is $50/additional hour.

Rental time cut off is 7pm on Saturday and 6pm on a Sunday. * equipment will be picked up on/by those set times.

We say as a rule of thumb we will be with you 1 hour before the start time of your party to set up. Sometimes we may need to come earlier depending on our delivery schedule that date. Please make us aware if this is possible in the booking form by answering the question about this. Also please note if you have set venue times!

Be weather prepared! Direct sunlight in Alabama heat can make the equipment hot to the touch. We can rent 10x10 ez ups @ $40 each or you can provide. Tent is REQUIRED for outdoor set ups.

Rain! It's rare but in winter months have a back up indoor location in case of rain. We cannot set up in the rain.

Size! Each package has a minimum size for set up. Please make sure you have enough space for set up. We cannot be responsible if there is not enough space to set up the play area. We can adapt the area's though so please discuss your space with us!

Contactless set up and pick up! We are currently only setting up in a contactless manner. Please make sure to have the area empty for our staff to set up and pick up! Please consider this when booking the timing of your event. If we cannot pack down in a safe environment, you may incur an additional time charge. Please help us out at pick up by having your children exit the play area. It is not a safe to have them 'help' as adorable as it is!

Location! Some locations will have a 'location fee' due to stairs/elevator or long walks. (Over 150ft) please disclose this information in our booking form so we can quote the fee and include the extra time for set up in the delivery schedule.

Rules! Please remember our rules, No shoes, No drink or food in the play area, No Pets, No face paint, No Silly String, No Glitter, Confetti, slime or pens in the area. high heels will damage the floor so no shoes for adults either! Adults must always supervise!

What is softplay ?Activity for children that involves soft equipment set up in a designated area. While having fun and exploring, they are also improving their motor skills and learning. Learning through Play

Is a deposit required?Yes. A Non refundable deposit or retainer fee of 50% of balance (less $150 equipment fee) is required to hold date. The remaining balance including the refundable equipment fee is due 1 week before event date. NO later than 3 days before event.

Do you charge taxes?Yes. All services are taxed at 7%.

Is there a cleaning fee?Yes. A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from refundable equipment fee if we need to recover balls or any of our equipment outside the playset area.

What is you set-up and tear down process?We arrive 1.5 hrs prior to event start time to set up equipment. Please have a designated area ready and clean of all debri. It is your responsibility to ensure softplay fits in designated area. We arrive 10 minutes prior to end time to tear down equipment. Please make sure all balls are inside ball pits and softplay items are in play area. If you have rented our Dart Wars package, please make sure all equipment( guns, darts, goggles, vest, etc.) are back at the starting point. If you need more time, $40 for each additional hour up to 7pm.

Can we pick up the soft play and set it up ourselves?No- to ensure equipment is properly handled, sanitized and set up as it should we do not allow pickups. Pricing includes delivery set up and pick up
